The Hall of Honors is made up of native (or adopted) sons and daughters of Midvale who have made significant contributions to Midvale and/or those whose accomplishments and achievements have brought fame and recognition to Midvale as a community.  Each recipient of the award will be introduced into the Hall of Honors at an Induction Ceremony and Reception during Midvale Harvest Days.

To nominate someone for the Hall of Honors, please download and complete the application found here.  You can nominate somebody at any time during the year.  To be considered for the 2011 induction, please have your nomination form in by 5pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2011.
